A. Aluminium alloy, specially cut and shaped into a honey comb effect.

A. No the No Explo System is a passive application.

A. There are no ongoing costs for the No Explo System

Q. Which fuel or gas is the product suitable for?

A. The No Explo System is able to be used with any volatile, liquid, gas or fuel which is contained within a tank or storage vessel. (Note Not suitable for CNG) 

Q. How much does it cost?

A.  The cost of the No Explo System is dependant upon the simplicity or complexity of the design of the application, but as an example the cost of the No Explo system per litre is often less than the cost of a litre of gasoline. 

Q. How is it installed?

A. The No Explo System is designed for ease of installation. It can usually be installed by one person. 

Q. Is the No Explo system able to be retrofitted?

A. Yes it is, as long as there is sufficient access to the tank. 

Q. Why isn’t the No Explo system being widely used?

A.  Lack of knowledge, awareness and availability were the main reasons in addition to the fact that prior to the No Explo System, the expanded metal system was generally was sold at a much higher price than it is currently being sold by No Explo Ltd. The No Explo is now being sold at a viable and reasonable price so that everyone can afford the protection of the No Explo System. 

Q. Is the No Explo System covered by Product Liability insurance?

A.  Yes it is.
